An improved bathymetric map is presented of the Aegir Ridge, located between Iceland and Norway. The map is based on multibeam echosounder data acquired in 1990 by Lamont-Doherty Geological Observatory. We processed the data in oder to improve the earlier map made from the data (Junge and Vogt, 1997) which was based on a reduced data set. |
